We have a vast number of clients that have been with us for over a decade for this reason we have had the privilege of being named ‘Toshiba Australia Dealer of the Year 2 years in succession, an achievement we are immensely proud off.

Our focus is on providing our clients with the most up to date solutions, backed by automated processes that ensure we keep your machines running and avoid costly downtime.

We sell a comprehensive range of colour and black & white multifunction photocopiers, faxes, laser & bubble jet printers, cash registers, point of sale systems, binding systems, multi-media products and consumables; and back these products with experienced sales and service staff.

Our Mission

The mission of Whitsunday Office Machines is to constantly provide new technologies in imaging, business automation and presentation systems that will enhance and make more efficient the business activities of our clients.

The Company will provide sales, service and customer support to ensure that these products and perform at a level that exceeds our client’s expectations

Local Representation

Whitsunday Office Machines is a locally owned office equipment and solutions provider that has excelled in providing sales and service to the Mackay & Hinterland, Whitsunday and Bowen Basin regions, since 1976. We are dealers for the Toshiba, Samsung, Brother and Canon printers, MFD’s and consumables, Sharp Cash Registers, Toshiba and Brother ID and Labelling Products and print software solutions.

The company has seven experienced employees: three service team members, three administration team members, One salesman, a technical architect and a service coordinator. We contribute heavily in our community and spend much of our spare time working with local sporting clubs and fundraising etc. Quite simply, we are passionate about our region and our involvement has only furthered the growth of our business.
